The Mexican city police of San Luis Potosi has requested the purchase of 15 Cybertruck electric cars, which was recently announced by Tesla.
The Mexican city would be the second city to publish its plans to provide its police with cyber-cars. According to the website, the city government is interested in replacing its cyber-electric vehicles with their internal combustion engines to reduce maintenance costs and save money in the long run.
Mask revealed that the truck's design was inspired in some part by the amphibious car that appeared in the James Bond movie "The Spy Who Loved Me", in 1976, starring Roger Moore, and it was a Lotus Esprit model.
Since the new Tesla truck was unveiled, the US electric car maker has received 300,000 orders for this truck.
